The Pat Venditte Rule (ambidextrous pitcher) stipulates the pitcher must declare which arm he'll be pitching with, and he is "locked" to using it for the duration of the at-bat, unless the batter is substituted for. 5 hours ago, Aaronk5 said: if he calls time first?
