I met the family that makes these and other belts at a trade show we attended last fall. They made a 1.5" at the time and they now make a 1.75" on both regular and HD. Belts are made in the USA and the quality is incredible. The biggest differentiator is that the belt holes are .5" apart vs 1". Yep, they patented this. The 1.75 fits snugly in the new GD NCAA pants "wide" back loop, and looks good in all the others. They have a wide variety of sizes available. Buckles are silver and easily changed by unscrewing the chicago screws used to hold it on.

I recommend the HD for the Plate and the regular for the bases.

Did you order the same size you would order in the Boston belt...kind of confusing on how they say to order by pant size. Looking at these and the Nokona Show belts...I think the .5" increments on the holes.

I recommend 1 size down. there is a lot of "tail" if you order true sizing.
