With one out and one on, Soler took a 0-2 fastball from Reds pitcher Ian Gibaut for a called third strike. Replays indicate the pitch was located over the outer half of home plate and thigh-high (px 0.59, pz 2.66), the call was correct.* At the time of the ejection, the Reds were leading, 4-1. The Marlins ultimately won the contest, 5-4.
