Just to clarify... you are looking for the thin plastic plate that covers the gap between the shoulder padding and the main carapace. Is that correct?

If so, another option is you can go to a plastic sheeting company and they will probably just flat out give you small pieces of scrap plastic in just about what ever thickness you want. The pieces won't be big in size. But then again. If it is the piece you are looking for, it doesn't have to be.
