Question- Federation rules.

Is there any penalty for the manager for an illegal player/substitute?  I've searched the Rule Book and Case Book and can't find any penalty, such as restriction, for the manager.  I've found numerous references to restriction for the player and ejection if back in the game illegally a second time.

Anyone know if I'm missing anything?  Thanks.
