What is the rule on this. Any help with answers related to Federation, Cal Ripken and Major Leagues would be great thanks.

If a pitcher balks but continues with the pitch will it be a ball or no pitch? I'm assuming it can't be a strike. Thanks

In FED, the pitch never happens as the ball is dead on the balk.

In all others, let it play out. If all runners including the batter-runner advance at least one base, the balk is ignored. If not, it is no pitch and runners advance one base.
