Bases are loaded ad there are two outs, batter hits the ball to the infield, bobbles it, boy on third runs home but after the boy scores, he gets the force out at secound. is it a score or is it a third out. and no score

Whether the defense bobbles it or not is irrelevant.....this is not a time play.  If the 3rd out is a force out, no run scores.
