This is a great article.

Two things.

1. I am hoping folks will comment on Gil's case plays.

2. If we were to write a BRD between this rule and the FED and NCAA rules, what would the major differences be? In other words, if say a HS umpire used the HS rule as a guide and enforced the HS rule in a PONY game this year, what are the pitfalls?
