2013 Changes

2013 changes were released last week...thoughts on them?

I like the new penalties for unsportsmanlike and abuse but I can see difficulties without video aids in the foul to fair or vice versa. In 2 and 3 man crews I think it will be very difficult because all but one on a fair/foul are rotating on contact with only one set of eyes responsible for that particular fair/foul area. Just my thoughts.

I see some issues with the pitching change rule especially if the old pitcher is going to play defense and crosses the line before the coach can get the change in. Or what if it was a PDH and he hit last or is on base when the third out is made and now the coach wants to change the P part -- can it be allowed? (Yes is the answer but that wont stop some rat from poking around for some cheese)
