in LL majors, when does the BR lose the right to run to 1st after d3k...is it when he leaves the area around home plate or when he enters his dugout or team area or something else? thanks..is it the same for juniors? babe ruth?

It is when he enters the dugout or any dead ball area. Majors and Juniors are the same. 6.09 b

I believe in Babe Ruth it is when you leave the dirt circle surrounding Home Plate as in MLB.
