  1. All .... Well, we're discussing equipment and what you'd like Santa to bring you, but ......let's look elsewhere and focus on what your personal POI's will be for the 2015 season, regardless of what they are.  You can list as many or as few as you wish, but let's get them out there and maybe we can all help each other achieve them!   I'll start...   1) As with most seasons, I want to strive to be more consistent behind the plate, so tracking the ball must be a focus. 2) Proper footwork in the field, working smarter, not necessarily harder 3) Continuing focus on proper positioning on plays at the plate.  It really started to come together this past season, and I want to continue this trend. 4) Overall improvement of rules knowledge (quick on your feet style without thinking)... I know this takes time, but ....no time like the present.   GO!
