    Less than 2 outs. Runner at 3rd. Deep fly ball to the outfield - runner at third sets to tag up. Fan interferes will Outfielder attempting to make a catch. Umpire rules Fan Interference. Batter/Runner is called out. Is the Tag Up recognized and a run for the offense allowed to score since that is what would have happened had the interference not occurred?
