  1. Over the last six weeks I have lost 23 pounds. Started at 223 and my first goal was to get to 200. Well, I did it! Today I'm at 200. Just 23 pounds have made a tremendous difference on how I feel on the field. My knees used to hurt after a couple of games. Now I have no pain. My next goal is to hit 180. Which will put me towards the high end for my height. I encourage everyone that may not be in the best shape to do something about it!!! My diet is call the 24 Day Challenge. It works! And the only exercise I have done is Umpiring. Had I been exercising along with the diet I might be closer to 180. If anyone is interested on learning about this diet let me know. I can get you a good price for it.
