I'm a long time lurker but first began umpiring ~20 years ago & have just recently got back into it after stepping back for almost a decade years via standard external factors & responsibilities (business, family, etc). Long time student & aficionado of the game nonetheless, and I'm absolutely loving every bit of getting back into umpiring again since last season -- including the many advancements in equipment (esp. shoes, CPs, masks - I'll admit that I used to proudly daily-drive the +POS composite mask). Where I've been stumped is: INDICATORS! I'm an average build guy with average sized hands; I hate that my current go-to indicators are so aesthetically obvious & easily visible (I strive to rarely look at it, self-notched 0', etc). I just can't find a great 3/2/2 indicator that's small (hell some of the 4-dials I've rec'd via eBay lots are much smaller than many of the 3-dials I rec'd - most 3-dial from lots unfortunately are 4/3/3's). What I'm looking for: Small - NOT Oversized! This Markwort (and others) would be fine IF: it was ~1" shorter -- i.e. substantially smaller! 3-dial with layout: strikes, balls, outs. Must be 3/2/2. Plastic preferred but metal would be OK fine (my old go-tos that fit the bill were plastic but I'd be fine with metal). (optional) Assembled w/ screws (for easier cleaning/repair, re-darkening numbers, etc). Note: This Champro 3/2/2 is not the one for me - the metal is very thin/flimsy & the overall assembly's look/feel is just cheap & IMHO a bit meh. FWIW, I've bought nearly all indicators UmpAttire offers, I've bought several "vintage" lots from eBay, and tried most everything offered on Amazon; I've also searched manufacturer sites pretty extensively (most of which don't provide measurements - I've ordered direct from a few and been let down), but so far I've not found what I'm really looking for (and I know that it exists, I had several that fit the bill ~15yr ago!). I'm guessing & hoping someone out there has a bag full of what I'm looking for and would be willing to part with one or two for a reasonable sum. At this point I'd pay a pretty penny to get 1-2 of exactly what I'm looking for; it's the last remaining piece of gear that I'm not yet happy-enough with for this season.
