The content in our Baseball Rules in Black and White App uses none of NFHS, NCAA, MLB"s intellectual property, and we have letter's from their lawyers stating so. Our rule language, formatting of rule information, nine rule sets and videos are unique and exclusive to Baseball Rules in Black and White. We have spent over six years writing and publishing five editions of NFHS and NCAA Baseball Rules in Black and White books. Beginning in the summer of 2019 we began our app project, then launching it in 2020. We've worked closely with rule interpreters from MLB to LL in order to maintain the highest level of accuracy.
