OK All - This is probably a simple scenario. (During games I'm going to write down on paper the players name and take up two lines so I can keep the roles separate)
NFHS. DH in the Dual Role. (Player/DH)………….My 1st question is in the 5th inning below..... Jones is the same guy....FYI

3rd Inning (Sub Smith goes in RF & Jones removed from RF)

4th Inning (Jones re-enters in RF & Smith out for game)

5th Inning (Dawson goes in RF & Jones removed from RF 2nd time)
Dawson RF XXXXX DH - Can Jones Still be the DH in this inning, and the next couple innings?
6th Inning
Dawson RF Hitter------- I don't know
7th Inning
Dawson RF Hitter-------- I don't know
My assumptions are that Jones (the DH) never had a pinch runner, or a pinch hitter. So he can still be Hitting?
Or did the removal of Jones from defense the second time remove him from the game and Dawson has to hit?
