Did first game behind the plate today for Youth League. Not sure if I'll be able to walk up/down the stairs at my building tomorrow. Getting out of the car was tough after the drive home. Bending down to get in my Lazy Boy recliner was an adventure.
I stretched a little before the game in the parking lot and at home while watching TV. Took some calcium. Drank a lot of water. Will do some heat before bed. Not sure if ice will help.
Not scheduled again behind the plate until Saturday. But, have a middle school Flag Football game on Thursday.
