  1. You can change it any most time you feel like it but not always. Examples: You can't change foul to fair on a ball that stays in the park. You can change an out to a safe if you're convinced the ball was dropped. It would be EXTREMELY bad to do so unless it's a case where you're absolutely positively sure you were wrong. Even then it would not be a wise move unless the outcome is pre-determined. Okay, thanks.
  2. I know umpires can never change another umpire's call, but when are they allowed to change their own call?
  3. While working an 8U game, I heard the 1BC tell BR (just after being called Safe at 1B) that next time he became a runner, if the first baseman is on the base, to run him over. I didn't say or do anything. Now, though, I feel like I should have ejected, or at least warned, the 1BC.
