Hi there, We've touched this subject on a few occasions; the last time was when Mike Brown got fired. Why are coaches always the one to blame when a team fails (in other words they get fired) 1) Is it because it's easier to replace a coach then players? 2) Easier target? What are your thoughts? I'm not just talking Basketball either, I am talking about all professional sports.
