Defensive Conferences

Fed rule 3-4-1 talks about granting the defense "not more than 3 charged conference during a seven-inning game". Can the coach use all 3 on his pitcher in the same inning without taking him out? Has anyone seen this happen?

Under the FED rule, he may indeed use all three of his "charged conferences" on the same pitcher in the same inning - the same batter if he likes.

I've seen two used on same pitcher, same inning - never all three.
