Good morning. I am selling a BRAND NEW, with tags 46R Black Plate Coat from Out West Officials. I purchased it in December but have lost 25 lbs with another 5-10 to go. I am swimming in the coat and the tailor said taking it in is just too much work and it won't fit right afterwards.
