    Gentlemen, I need a specific rule for this rule: I know where the NCAA rule is, I need the MLB OBR rule reference. "In a tag attempt between home and 1st, the Batter-Runner may retreat towards home plate. He would be declared out when he touches or passes home plate." Any input will be greatly appreciative Thanks Chris
