  1. In 2012 FED has decided to create a stricter rule regarding blood on uniforms...no amount of blood is acceptable on the uniform. In past years, they said that anything less than "an excessive amount of blood" was okay. So here's the scenario: The coach notices that his players knee is bleeding and has created a blood stain on the uniform pant which won't come out with routine cleaning. This can not be remedied as easy as a jersey because there are no extra pants available in the dugout. So the coach gets some white tape and tapes right over the blood stain on the white pants. No one notices the tape until the last inning when the player comes up to bat. Is there anything illegal about wearing a piece of white tape on the pants? If it is illegal, and if it's removed, the blood stain will be revealed. Your thoughts?
