    Tag up / Timing

    KMart posted a question in Ask the Umpire

    Runners on 1st and 3rd, 1 out. Fly ball to center field. Center fielder catches it. Runner on first doesn’t tag up while runner on 3rd does. Center fielder throws to first in time to force out the runner that didn’t tag but the runner from 3rd touched home plate before the out at first. Does the run count?
