    Runner at third, runner at first. One out. Fly ball to outfield. Runner at third tags on caught fly ball, runner at 1st does not tag, runs half way to 2nd base then retreats to first base. Throw from outfield goes to first baseman. Instead of tagging bag, first baseman tags runner with ball. Before tag is applied, runner from third touches home plate. Does the run count?
