Runner on first - No Outs - Ball is hit to the Center fielder. Looks like a catch so the lead runner runs back to first. Ball is dropped. The batter is standing on first when the lead runner returns. Batter pushes the lead runner towards second and is safe at second. Should the lead runner be called out for being pushed towards second?

One out - Runners on first and second. Batter hits the ball to the center fielder. Runner on first runners to second and believes the CF will catch the ball \so he returns to first. The boy that hit the ball is standing on fist. As the BR returns the boy on first pushes the boy back to second. Is the boy running to second out?
