The pitcher doesn’t like the fact that his third baseman made a fielding error. Because he has been reprimanded before for throwing his glove when he’s mad, he resorts to a passive aggressive 15 second stare-down of the player. In my mind, this is unsportsmanlike conduct as well as delay of game. Please advise.
