    Is backswing of follow-through interference the same as batter's interference under Little League Rules? I can't find any reference to backswing or follow-through interference except in reference to an uncaught third strike. Is it just covered under "offensive" interference and simply becomes a dead ball? Aany help greatly appreciated. Thanks!
