    Correct, the collision was after he was safe and the BR did not turn to 2nd.

    How is this handled? Batter hits ground ball to short F7, F4 moves toward 1st to backup a potential overthrow to F3. F3 catches the ball and BR is safe at 1st. F4 T-Bones BR while BR is running in a straight line through 1st. Is there a penalty for this, if so on who?
