Blind as a bat

Ok here it is. 1 out runners on 1st and 3rd. BR hits one over the fence. R1 and R3 touch all bases. As BR is rounding 3B and high fiving the coach he misses 3rd. On appeal when asked who they appeal is for F5 says the third runner. Ok I call him out and I have 2 runs scored and 2 outs correct? What if it had been R1 missing a base?

I was at a game today and observed an interesting play. This is a LL game. Runner had left early, BU has seen this and has indicated by dropping hat. Runner does a head first slide into second. There was no throw and no play on the runner. From my vantage point it looked like the base runner tripped on something and fell forward. The umpire ruled runner left early, since no play on runner at 2nd runner returns to first. Is this the correct call?
