That's what I thought too Chesnut, but I could not find anything on the minor league drug policy, only the MLB policy, and it states the tests are between players and the commissioner of baseball, nothing about umpires. I'm not saying your wrong but haven't found any real answers what so ever Semper thanks for lookin out man but I used a fake name and zero personal info when making this profile. :2cents:
