Question

Batted ball lands in fair territory between home plate and third. It bounces into the air and is touched/caught in the air after bouncing by the pitcher while the ball is over foul territory. The ball never touched the ground in foul territory. The players feet are in fair territory. Not sure position of feet matter.
Is this a foul or fair ball?
Thanks!

The location of the ball (when it is touched) is what matters. By your description, the ball was first touch while over foul territory - foul ball.
