Maybe there was a legitimate reason to get together this time.

Not trying to be a reda$$ (it usually occurs naturally) with you I just didn't see a direct connection between the 2 encounters that could be traced to the post game. But I wasn't there and you were so I'll take your word for it.

To your point, post-game conversations are also opportunities to discuss this exact thing, including getting together on judgement calls and the like.

Agreed. Once you think you know it all you're probably in trouble. I'm critical of myself after every single game. Always in pursuit of that perfect game. Unfortunately I think most of us have worked with guys who think they know it all when they clearly need  a lot of work. Self confidence is great and I think I have plenty of that too, but I know I can always get better and learn from others.
