Hello all! My name is Jeff from the great Olympic Peninsula area of Washington State and I am a brand new umpire! I have been a basketball official for the last 13 years and was approached to umpire baseball this year! I hope I like it. I will be doing little league as well as some school ball. I am excited to get into it and hope I love it as much as basketball! I know NOTHING about being an umpire so I hope I don't look like a complete newbie but I'm sure I will. I accidentally stumbled upon this site and it looks like a wealth of information. I look forward to interacting on here a lot so I hope you will all be patient with me. Thanks!
