Semperdog Posted February 3 Report Posted February 3 Good morning- I am a new umpire (starting second year) and have been following many of the topics listed on the forum, gaining much knowledge from the experienced folks here, which I am very appreciative of. I have received an order placed about 2 weeks ago from Gerry Davis Sports, and I have issues with the items I have received. I contacted the customer service team via “chat” and was not satisfied with their responses. I have now asked a few times to speak directly (via phone) with the manager, and have been snubbed with each request. As a new umpire and acquiring equipment, I have had issues/questions/concerns with my gear, and have found all the merchants/manufacturers to be extremely proactive until now. Does anyone know of a way to contact this company and speak with a member of management? Again, thank you for all of the insight and advice I have received from the forum, I appreciate it. Quote
