While not quite as flashy as your mask or as valuable as your chest protector, the indicator is still a humble but important part of umpiring...so...let's start a thread for it

I've got a Champro one and I've noticed both that balls on the left is a bit unique, as is the fact that it has innings

All-Star 4-Dial Die Cast Steel Umpire Indicator - 3/2/2 Count

It's notched so you can feel which number each dial is on, so you don't have to look at it. It's quite heavy and can serve as a lethal projectile, if needed.

Yeah I haven't had the chance to mess around with anyone else's indicator but mine clicks when it's finished scrolling to the next number, no idea if that's how it works for everyone

They all click, but there's only a few where you can "feel" which number it's on with your fingers.

You want to see my indicator?
I actually have two of them…

They indicate the count very, very well.

Lies. Those hands haven’t seen a day of manual labor.

Stock imagery. My actual hands cost money.

That reminds me of an umpire friend, who is a… ready for this?… professional stunt actor in Hollywood, and has also been a hand model.

His hands have better insurance coverage than my car!

Would like to once again take this opportunity to state if anyone locates a metal indicator, 4-wheel with balls, then strikes, please post a link. I will buy one for you if you wish for your trouble...

Took me a minute to understand how the request was unique.

Unfortunately, I saw this abomination when I was searching

There’s a Seinfeld joke in here somewhere.

I'll admit, the three straps are an intriguing innovation.  I really appreciate how they photographed it turned inside-out to highlight the well-placed in-bag pouches.

I would like to thank @grayhawk for being the only person to give an actual answer instead of doing a standup routine lol

That's because it is the only correct answer
