Dead ball assistance.

Will he be called out for interference even though the ball is dead?

No, not INT in any code.

The rule prohibits "physically assisting" any runner (and I would, at least for the moment, include scored runners here). Because no play on the runner is possible until he has completed his base running responsibilities, the push from his teammates is not sufficiently 'assistance' to warrant an out.

Even if the teammates were in the dugout and physically prevented the scored runner from entering, I would not rule INT. Had he entered, he could not legally retouch anyway. The actions of the offense would alert the defense, who could appeal the missed base. 

There might even be guidance that this kind of INT must occur during a live ball: when we call it, we leave the ball live. We can't do that if the ball is dead. But that's speculative.

From the 2021 Minor League Baseball Umpire Manual (section 6.8, p. 100):

...A runner is allowed to assist another runner physically; however, all other members of the offensive team (e.g., base coaches, on-deck batter, a runner who had just scored or has been put out, a batter, etc.) are not allowed to assist. 

When a play is being made on the assisted runner, the umpire should call "Time" and enforce the penalty:  The runner is out, and all runners return to the bases occupied at the time of the interference (assistance).

If no play is being made on the assisted runner, the umpire shall signal that the runner is out and allow the ball to remain alive...

There’s one massive issue with this citation in how it relates to the OP. 

Read the OP again, and tell me what the status of “the Runner” is.

Right, he’s a Scored Runner, barring any appeal. Once he crosses the plate, he’s considered to have scored. Assistance is on active runners, not Retired or Scored runners. There’s a significant difference.

MLB umpires have called a scored runner out for being assisted by another team mate who had scored or was on deck, can't remember. Can't remember if it was a HR or a live ball score.

Sorry, but on this one, you must have a specific instance to reference, including whether or not the ball was Live or Dead (HR).

Pretty sure it was a HR. But do you have a specific cite that Assist cannot be called during a dead ball. But I am sure MLB called a scored runner out for it and run taken off the board. Circa 2010 -2013. Do you have a specific cite that a scored runner is not treated as a runner when assisted by a coach or teammate?
