I'll have to look at it again. The very first time I saw the play, from the angle I was provided, it appeared as though he was compliant....or judged by me to be on the line. 

But yes, that is moot because that was a throw that was not capable of retiring the batter/runner.

I only saw it live and the one replay they showed. I thought he was on the line the whole way. Wasn’t it Turner who got called out on the RLV in the World Series when he was with Washington?  You would think he’d learn.

Managed to view it on MLBTV. NLCS B7. Turner is on the line all the way.
