I'm mainly posting an intro so people selling equipment know I'm legit

 

I played baseball for several years as a kid but I'm pretty new to the umpiring craft. I've worked a couple of seasons at a local rec league and am trying my hand at some low level youth travel ball this year. No certifications at this point, but hoping to slowly add to my education and experience as my "career" progresses. Enjoy the content on this site and hope to be around for a while!

@The Man in Blue yes the Midwest is a pretty big place lol. I tend to keep a somewhat low profile online but saying Midwest isn't super informative, I'm in Kansas.

Typically during late March to early April, I start getting behind on posts here because I'm on the ball field so much and my silly boss thinks I need to put some time in there if he's going to pay me, too. I eventually work my way back. All that to say, I missed this for the past several months.
