Question

Bases load two outs. Batter hits the ball to right center field. Runner on first does not run. The center fielder throws to second to get him out on a force. But the runner on third scored prior to the ball making it to second base. Does the run count?

I appreciate you knowing that he was put out on a force.

In all codes, a force out for a third out negates the run, no matter how it occurs.

To expand on Matt's answer, this is no different from R1 being out on 6-4 on a slow grounder to short with a speedy R3.  In neither case does the run score.
