I think I have watched just about every American umpire clip on youtube, so I typed in the word for umpire in Japanese and found a bunch more stuff. I have no idea what they're saying in this but it talks about a few notable umpires and also explains some mechanics and rotations. Pretty cool. Also here's the word for umpire in Japanese in case anyone wants to do the same thing.
