R3 only.  R3 breaks for the plate, but before he gets to the plate, F1 beans the batter.

Same sitch but R3 scores before the pitch hits the batter.

What do you have?

Ball is immediately dead upon HBP.

Scenario 1 - Batter gets awarded 1B (assuming it meets all the HBP criteria) and R3 is returned to 3B.

Scenario 2 - R3 scores and the batter is awarded 1B (assuming it meets all the HBP criteria).

The only way R3's run counts is if he scores it before the time of the pitch, which has never happened above 8U.

You're going to ask for rules reference: check the list of base awards, and you will not find an award to R3 stealing on the pitch for HBP. The only way he advances is if he's forced. So it's a via negativa

You might be thinking of the CI/CO rule, which does award a base to a stealing runner when F2 hinders the batter and the penalty is enforced.

Also: this play is a bîtch to officiate properly.

Another one of those plays you will nail rulewise but will probably end up issuing written warnings/restriction and/or ejection.
