Summary:
1. In AAA, Increasing size of bases from 15" square to 18" square (will still be 90ft from center of bag to center of bag)....thus shortening the distance between bases
2. In AA - a team must station at least four infielders on the infield...meaning both feet on the dirt. if 1st half goes well, 2nd half of season may implement an additional rule forcing two players on each side of 2nd base (doing away with the shift)
3. High A ball teams will have to disengage rubber to throw to a base.
4. In Low-A ball, Pitchers allowed 2 pickoff attempts per at bat. On 3rd, if they don't pick off he runner, it's a balk. If this goes well, 2nd half will change to just one attempt.
5. Low A southeast only - Robo ump for Balls & strikes

Guys ...... this is already posted on the site on Gil's section linked  below.  It can be discussed there.  I'm locking this to keep all information in one place.
