No balk unless you specify more.

I'm guessing the reason the move might be suspect is the premise that F1 must disengage to feint to 2B. That premise is false.

If there's some other reason you might think this is a balk, let us know.

Did the fake to second include a step with the free foot towards 2B? That's important to know.
