Got mine installed on my Mizuno and had a game yesterday, took a shot near the screws that cause it to snap into pieces. According to the coach this pitcher sits mid to upper 80s and it was fouled by

I’m so happy for @BT_Blue. It’s always so heartbreaking watching him rush into a post about throat guards and it not being the one he wanted. Shake off those chains!

For what was a pretty junky day for the most part, this helps brighten it a bunch. Only problem is now having to wait two weeks for it to get here.

Guess it will just have to be broken out for HS playoffs!

Ditto here too thanks to Trevor. Almost let it slip a few times! Lol

Side note: I just went on Ebay to look for the Shovel like I have every so often. Habits die hard I guess.

Anybody ever chop a Nike Throat Guard and put one of these!? I’m considering chopping both on my Nikes but I’d rather see how it looks first.

There are a few MLB guys that have it. But if you would like to wait about 2 weeks, I'll be sure to put a photo of mine since that is where it is going.

I believe this is the same setup that Cory blazer wears. Pretty neat looking rig
