Dad rips into 14U softball player

At a rather large softball tournament over the weekend where I was working 14U softball. Batter looked at two really good pitches to strike out looking and I rang her up. On her way back to the dugout I hear somebody, who I assume is her father, tell her to swing the bat and stop being a little btch. I obviously didn't step in and say anything. Would any of you say something to somebody?

Tournament I might ask the TD to do something; me addressing this directly? that would require a lot more
