The point of the OP screen shots from official NFHS videos posted on their Arbiter website for umpire training is that they say that a RLI violation should be called when the batter-runner is seen out of the lane and a throw is made. If you need to see the video I will capture it with my phone and email it to you. I am not going to spring for 5.95 or whatever it takes to become an NFHS member to let you see the video.
