I think that's more on Cuzzi.  Sure, U3 should have waited, but WTF was Cuzzi doing?  Ugly is right.

I think U3 needs to wear this one. Like at any level,  he needs to let Cuzzi make the request . Probably made for some interesting post game discussion

​I got it on Cuzzi. Stands up, left arm starts to come up and he looks at 3B while the catcher appeals. Then he turns and signals strike while saying he did.

Probably a good example of why a slot arm point, yes he did, is done before the strike signal.
