I watched it a couple of times and think I missed something.  BR was out on the play.  What was the resulting call of him knocking the ball loose?

Nothing. Just a thing that happened.

So if the OP's question is do I agree with the non-call, the answer is no.  I'd call INT and place the runner back on 3B.  But I'm usually wrong about these things.  Would we allow the run to score based on the lack of intent of the BR?

The tag of 1B is good: the fielder has secure possession of the ball in his glove and tags the base before the BR arrives. Out.

When the runner arrives, he avoids a collision with the fielder by going around. He accidentally contacts the fielder's arm, and the result of that contact is that the ball pops out. That's not INT, which must be intentional: the BR exhibited no intent to knock the ball loose.

If it's not something, it's nothing: play the bounce — or, in this case, score the run.
