Can anyone post a video of the 3rd out at the top of the 2nd inning? 

R2, 2 outs......single to F8, who comes up gunning to Home.   Close play, and I think PU got it right, but his positioning/view of the play was suspect.  He could have been hosed pretty bad but the way it developed, I think he ended up seeing it cleanly.    IMHO, he should have taken a read step or 2 to stay on F2's left hip.

Looks like he had it right to me.

Good position could see the foot and plate, waited to see the ball from F2 - good call

if you pause it at :27 seconds, could you get blocking the plate, sort of like the obstruction called at 2nd base previously in the college section?

​No in FED or NCAA.  In FED, the runner was not hindered until after the ball was caught.  In NCAA, the fielder can set up there if he's in the act of fielding the ball (plus the FED point).  Pickoffs are treated differently than plays like this.
